I added this Lockheed SR-71A postcard to my collection. It was a purchase. There are facts about the aircraft on the back. The following description is also on the back:

Unofficially nicknamed “Blackbird”, this aircraft was developed for long-range strategic reconnaissance. The First SR-71 to enter USAF service was delivered in 1966. The USAF retired the SR-71 fleet in 1990. Throughout its career it was the world’s fastest and highest flying operational aircraft. The SR-71A at the National Museum of the United States Air Force flew more missions (942) than any other Blackbird.
